Hammond, Indiana USB Flash Drives and Thumb drives were designed for copying data to transfer to another device or as an additional copy of your data. Flash Drives store data on a NAND memory chip. Large capacity Flash drives use multiple chips configured similar to Raid hard drive arrays. The drives, as with all flash memory, have a limited number of read and write cycles. Some Flash Drives have a built in level distribution software that helps extend the life of the memory chip. As with the external drives we find that many people are now using the Worldwide USB Flash Drives and Thumb drives as primary storage devices. US-DataRecovery-Flash-Drive.com strongly recommends that you only use these devices to hold a copy of your critical data. Flash drives can be damaged by electrical charges cause by improper removal from the computer. Failure of the Flash drive controller will cause the drive to become unrecognizable on your computer. Most Hammond USB Flash Drive Data recovery occurs after the USB connection has been broken from the circuit board. As with most flash memory, we have the capability to remove the NAND chip from the circuit board and complete a successful USB Flash Drive Data Recovery.

Flash Memory Card Data Recovery is very similar to the recovery of USB drives. Flash memory cards come in varying sizes and are used for the storage of data on cameras, Ipods, cell phones and an assortment of other electronic devices. The data is also stored on a chip inside the cards. As with Flash Drives, large capacity flash memory cards use multiple chips configured similar to hard drive raid arrays. Most Flash Memory Card Data recovery occurs after improper removal of the card or damage to the file system. US Data Recovery techs have a combine 18 years experience in Flash Memory Data Recovery, since their inception in 2000. We use the latest hardware and software to reconstruct the complex algorithms used to combine and read the data from the chips.

Solid State Hard Drive Data Recovery - SSD Hard Drive Data Recovery

Worldwide SSD Drives. although relatively new to the consumer , have actually been in use for many years. Hammond SSD Drives were used in equipment with high vibration that would make it impractical for the use of a standard hard drive, SSD Drives have no moving parts and uses a series of NAND Chips configure some what like a raid array. hey load faster due to no moving parts. The downside to using SSD Drives is the NAND Chips have a read and write limitation and recovery of data from a failed SSD Drive is more complex and costly then from a mechanical hard drive. To ensure no data lost, we recommend backing all data u on a very frequent bases, especially when using SSD Drives. Hybrid SSD Drives are a combination of a mechanical hard drive and a NAND chip. The drives are generally set up to store more frequently used data on the NAND chip allowing faster access to the more frequently used data. The NAND chip on the hybrid drive has the same limitations as any NAND Chip.

With Technology rapidly changing , new hard drive volumes are quickly appearing on the market. Hard drives with 4 tb and 6 terabytes of capacity are already on the market. With the higher capacities and platter densities also comes newer problems which can lead to the need for data recovery. Most of these super volume drives are being used in enterprise situations. For small business and individual users these may not be the best choice of drives. If you are using one of these drives and have a failure, it is best to shut the drive down and call one of our techs. We provide data recovery for all makes and models of 4 TB hard drive, 5 TB Hard Drives and also for the new helium filled 6 TB Western Digital and Seagate 6 TB and 6 TB Seagate hard drive, Seagate Kinetic Drive.. We also recover data from the new Seagate 8 TB and WD 8 TB and 10 TB hard drives.

Recovering data from a failing hard drive is not advisable. Attempting to do so can result in complete loss of your data. If your hard drive is slow to access, slow to copy data to or from or has folders that are not accessible or empty all indicate that the drive is falling. The best coarse of action is to shut the drive down and call one of our data recovery Techs. All hard drives are Forensically imaged for any data recovery services. Our Forensic Imaging hardware has a unique ability to recover bad sectors. Few imaging devices or software can deal with massive sector failures. Our hardware is adjustable for multiple attempts to read bad sectors resulting in a very high success rate of recovering data from those sectors. Multiple attempts to read bad sectors with our hardware will not shut down the hard drive due to bad sector limitations of the SMART feature of the Hard Drive. Forensic imaging is the byte by byte imagining of every sector of the client hard drive. We have successfully recovered many hard drives with over 800,000 plus bad sectors. We provide Forensic Data Recovery and Forensic data imaging of all make and models of hard drives, raid arrays, flash drives, micro hard drives. Forensic imaging , byte by byte imaging of each sector allows for the most complete recovery of all data, including previously delete and fragmented remnants. We use the most advance Forensic hardware and software for hard drive imaging and Forensic data recovery. We maintain a Class 100 Clean Room data recovery environment for platter exchange required for failed or seized drive motors. Head exchange data recovery for failed hard drive reading heads is also preformed in a Class 100 clean room data recovery environment. Head Platter stuckation data recovery is also preformed in a Class 100 clean room station.

We provide hard drive data recovery for all brands of Hybrid SSD/Hard drives. SSD drives are not a typical mechanical hard drive but a flash media drive. We provide data recovery of all failed SSD flash media devices.

Drive Data Recovery - SAS Hard Drive - SATA Hard Drive - SCSI Hard Drive - IDE Hard Drive - NL-SAS Hard

We Provide advanced SATA / IDE data recovery for all makes and models of SATA / IDE drives including: Seagate / Maxtor SATA / IDE Hard Drives, Samsung SATA / IDE Hard Drives, Hitachi SATA / IDE hard drives, Toshiba SATA / IDE hard drives, IBM SATA / IDE hard drives, Fujitsu SATA / IDE hard drives, Western Digital SATA / IDE, Samsung SATA / IDE. SATA hard drives are the most widely use hard drives for desktops, laptops, NAS servers and external hard drives. IDE hard drives have been mostly phased out but will still provide data recovery for the old IDE drives still being used in older equipment.

. We Provide advanced SCSI data recovery for all makes and models of enterprise SCSI drives including: Seagate SCSI Hard Drives, Samsung SCSI Hard Drives, Hitachi SCSI hard drives, Toshiba SCSI hard drives, IBM hard drives, Fujitsu SCSI hard drives, Sun SCSI, IBM SCSI, Seagate SCSI, Hitachi SCSI, Fujitsu SCSI, HP SAS, Dell SCSI. SCSI drives were enterprise drives most widely used in enterprise servers. SCSI drives are slowing being phased out and replaces by the higher density SAS and NL-SAS drives for most enterprise server solutions. US Data Recovery continues to provide SCSI data recover services for all makes and models of SCSI Drives.

We Provide advanced SAS data recovery for all makes and models of enterprise SAS drives including: Seagate Hard Drives, Samsung SAS Hard Drives, Hitachi SAS hard drives, Toshiba SAS hard drives, IBM hard drives, Fujitsu hard drives, Sun SAS, IBM SAS, Seagate SAS, Hitachi SAS, Fujitsu SAS, HP SAS, Dell SAS, Lenovo SAS and LSI SAS and NetApp SAS hard drives.

SAS hard drives ( Serial Attached SCSI ) replace the older SCSI drives. The advantages of the newer SAS drive over the SCSI drives are faster transfer rates and the ability to connect with more drives. SCSI drives have a limitation of communicating with more than 16 SCSI drives where the new SAS drives can communicate with more than 65,000 other SAS Drives. SAS drives are generally used in Enterprise servers, SAN Servers, NAS Servers, DAS Servers and enterprise workstations.

External Hard Drive Data Recovery - SAS External Hard Drive - SATA External Hard Drive - SSD External Drives

Unable to access your data on your external drive? Is your external drive clicking or buzzing or simply not powering up? Can you see your external drive data but are unable to open the files or read write or copy data to the external hard drive ? We provide data recovery for all makes and models of External Hard drive. All external hard drives will contain one of the following major brand hard drives: Seagate, Western Digital, WD HGTS, Seagate Samsung, Toshiba, Seagate Maxtor, Hitachi, or Fujitsu. External hard drives are generally portable SATA hard drives or SSD Flash Media Drives connected to the computer via USB, FireWire or Thunderbolt.

We also provide raid data recovery for any brand of external hard drive configured is a raid array. Most external drives set in a raid array are usually configured in a striped, raid 0, array or a mirrored , raid 1, array. Data Recovery of external hard drive raid arrays are generally recovered within 12 -24 hours of receipt of the drives.

The most common external hard drive data recovery issues come from corrupted firmware modules or motor spindle seizure. Corrupted firmware generally occurs when the external drive is dropped while running or unplugging the drive before a read and write operation is completed. Spindle seizure usually occurs when the external drive is knocked over or dropped. This type of data recovery will require a Platter exchange and a clean room recovery. Either recovery case will cost our same Flat rate price. We recommend , when using an external drive, that you lay all stand up external drive flat on your desk to reduce the chance of the external drive being knocked over.

External hard drives were designed to backup data from your pc or server. By moving your data from your pc to the external drive you have made the external drive a primary data storage device, without any backup. Backing up data to multiple external drives is the only safe method of securing your data. Cloud storage of your data is another method of backup. Cloud storage should only be considered as a third backup as data can be corrupted in the upload or download transmissions.

We provide Data Recovery for all External Hard Drives and SSD external drives including: HP External, Dell External, NetApp External, Lacie External, LSI External, Lenovo External. Seagate Free Agent External Hard Drives, Seagate GoFlex External Hard Drives, Seagate Expansion External Drive, Seagate Slim Mac, Maxtor One Touch External Hard. Raid Data Recovery - Raid Hard Drive Data Recovery - Raid Array Data Recovery

Raid Hard Drive configuration RAID (Redundant Array of Independent Disks) is the combining of two or more hard drives working in unison to gain greater levels of performance, redundant reliability, and or to create a larger hard drive volume sizes. In the past this type of configuration was generally used only by large companies. Today, many small business and home users are finding an ever increasing need for servers and mass external storage devices to store there ever expanding data needs. When multiple raid configured hard drive arrays fail, special software and hard were is needed to successfully recover your data.

We provide Worldwide Data Reconstruction for all Raid levels. If you have a raid array fail in your SAN Server, Raid Server or NAS server do NOT attempt to rebuild the array unless you have a complete backup off all the data, separate from the Failing Raid array. Attempting to do so can corrupt data if not completely loose your data.

Most Server and NAS arrays are built using drives that were from the same lot. When one drive fails there is now a high probability of other drives in the array will fail in short order.. If other drives in the array fail during the rebuilding of the array you will most likely loose your data. If you do not have a complete and current backup of your data from the array then the best choice is to power off the server and call one of our raid specialist. We have found that most of our Corporate Clients and Business Clients are relying on their raid array as to sole source of their data backup based on the redundancy of raids. This is a practice that will lead to disaster. Raid Arrays fail for many reasons as do single hard drives, CDs, and DVD,s Flash Drives and SSD Drives, Cloud storage. Protection from data loss can only be accomplished by multiple copies of the data and understanding the life expectancies of media storage devices. During the past year we have found many Raid array recovery clients with a replace hard drive from a different manufacture or model number. This is another practice that will put the drives out of step which can cause slower read and write speeds and possible lost of the array.

Raid arrays are configured in raid levels based on the performance and redundancy that is required for the application. Raid levels vary from hardware arrays and software arrays Raid Levels consist of Standard, Non Standard Raid levels.

We provide advanced raid data recovery for hard drives configured in the following raid levels: configured in Raid 0, Raid 1, Raid 1 – 0, Raid 10, Raid 3, Raid 4, Raid 5, Raid 6, ZFS Raid, Raid 5e, Raid 5ee, raid 15, Raid 6E, Raid 1.5, Raid 7, Raid-DP, Raid S, Matrix Raid, Raid-K, Raid-Z, Raidn, Linux MD 10, IBM ServeRaid 1E, unRaid, Drobo BeyondRaid, Nested Array, Hybrid Array, Raid Data Reconstruction Recovery from hard drives configured in Standard Raid Levels Raid 0, Raid 1, Raid 2, Raid 3, Raid 4, Raid 5, Raid 6.

Hard Drive - Hard Drive -

US Data Recovery recovers data from all makes and models of Hard drives that have failed due to drive failure, logical failure or hardware failure. There are many causes for hard drive failure including, failing sectors, bad blocks, read errors, firmware corruption and read head failure. Any of these problems can result in non access to your data. We use the most professional manufacture drive specific latest recovery hardware and data recovery software to correct the drive failure and recover the data.

We provide data recovery for all models of Seagate hard drives, Seagate Maxtor drives, Seagate Samsung drives and Seagate Lacie Drives. We recover data from failed Western Digital hard drives and Western Digital HGST hard drives. We provide data recovery from older pre WD Hitachi hard drives as well as Toshiba and Fujitsu Hard drives. Although they do m\not manufacture hard drives, but rather re-label major hard drive manufacture's drives, we provide data recovery for all Sun Drives, IBM drives, Lenovo Hard Drives, NetApp Hard Drives, LSI hard Drives as well as HP drives and Dell Hdds. We provide hard drive data recovery for all brands of Hybrid SSD/Hard drives. SSD drives are not a typical mechanical hard drive but a flash media drive. We provide data recovery of all failed SSD flash media devices.
